Having been a filmmaker for over a decade, I’ve had a natural enjoyment for photography which has grown stronger as of late. So much in fact, that I now work full-time for FUJIFILM. When I’m not traveling the country educating others about cameras or telling stories through creative means, I recuperate by hanging out with Emily (read more about her below, she’s the best!), or working on my 15+ (nano) fish tanks.

I’ve always loved being part of nature and exploring the outdoors, which inspires much of what I do. I’m finishing a Doctorate in Biology focused on prairie restoration, and I also capture the beauty of the world through photography. I started with film in high school and rediscovered my passion for it in recent years, blending it seamlessly with digital photography. Whether it’s through science or a camera lens, I love showcasing the natural world.
